Job descriptionPRS are currently working with a high profile client in the Blackburn area who require a Senior Sous Chef for their high end fine dining operation. The Restaurant in question is muti award winning, multi accredited and has an outstanding reputation for quality and service at the highest level.
The package that accompanies this role is extensive, with a basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000 based on experience, a strong service charge that is paid bi-monthly and is in excess of £3,000 annually, accommodation which is initially free and then heavily subsidised, a quartely paid bonus incentive which is based on achieving agreed KPI's, and many more company benefits that can be discussed at the appropriate time.
This is a role that would suit a very strong Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef currently in aan accredited fine dining restaurant who is looking to take the next step up in their career. The client is heavily focused on development of the team and promoting from within.
The remit of the role is to maintain the standards of the existing operation, but to then develop further as the restaurant is extending to include a brasserie alongside the existing restaurant, PDR and kitchen table.
