Job description

We are seeking to recruit for an experienced Sous Chef based in the Gee Cross area of Hyde - Role is permanent - Paying £28k p.a. - Working hours are up to 48 hours per week including evenings and weekends - flexible shifts - 2 consecutive days off per week, no split shifts.

Job Spec:

As Sous Chef you will be second in command and enjoy delivering excellent food standards. 

Working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver seasonal menus. 

Supporting the Head Chef in leading the brigade.

Be passionate about training and development of the team and yourself. 

Maintain health and safety processes to a 5 star rating 

Achieve GP targets 

Manage stock and labour costs 

 

Qualifications:

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 

Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene 

COSHH

Health and Safety
