Job descriptionWe are seeking to recruit for an experienced Sous Chef based in the Gee Cross area of Hyde - Role is permanent - Paying £28k p.a. - Working hours are up to 48 hours per week including evenings and weekends - flexible shifts - 2 consecutive days off per week, no split shifts.

As Sous Chef you will be second in command and enjoy delivering excellent food standards.
Working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver seasonal menus.
Supporting the Head Chef in leading the brigade.
