Job description

We are recruiting for a Technical Facilities / Contract Manager based in the Warrington area to work on an estate contract providing Technical services to each facility on the account. The role will be the management of technical and maintenance teams and associated compliance.

On Offer/Details:
The position is a permanent role paying up to 45k basic plus car or car allowance, bonus package, 25 days hol plus stat.

The role is working with in house and outsourced service providers to ensure an integrated FM service to the estates at all times.
Main Responsibilities will be:
• Ensure compliance with all statutory M&E and building compliance
• Monitor, review and demonstrate a process of continuous improvements to H&S and Environmental practices
• Manage PPM and reactive engineering operations
• Line manager for mobile teams
• Prepare, communicate and deliver a first-line auditing schedule covering H&S and service delivery quality for assigned buildings
• Ensure that all aspects of service delivery, planned and reactive are in line with contract KPIs/SLAs for assigned building/s
• Agree and maintain clear safety and operational plans for all sites
• Work with Account/PFI Manager to develop specific objectives in line with the business plan
• Communicate account-specific performance objectives
• Contribute to company objectives by meeting own performance objectives.

Have Facilities management experience - ideally from a technical / hard services background
• Has strong customer focus
• Have people management experience
• Sound understanding of healthcare or PFI accounts
• Has strong communication skills
• Has strong planning and time management skills
• Experience of contract management
• Demonstrate a strong concern for order and quality
• Recognised H&S qualification (e.g. IOSH)
• DBS (or proviso of clearing one)
Valid driving license
