Job descriptionWe are seeking to recruit for an experienced Facilities Manager based in Stone. This is a temp – perm role immediate start paying £16.82per hours plus benefits and car allowance. Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
In this role you will deliver TFM services within a corporate/office environment. This will include H&S, compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and process. You will also oversee hard and soft services, building/estate maintenance and service charges. As the facilities manager you will effectively lead a team of 21 (2 direct and 19 indirect reports) to ensure our client receives a seamless and professional service.
As facilities manager you will ensure exemplary standards of customer service delivery.
The Ideal candidate will need to have:
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Sound FM experience, ideally gained in a client lead environment
·Either tool trained experience or sound understanding of hard services
·Excellent people management skills
·A continuous personal development mind-set
·Able to deal effectively with change
·A sound understanding of safety, health and environment
·An innovative approach and always seeking to do things better
·The ability to make sound business focussed decisions
·Highly organised and able to deliver in a high pressure environment
·Self-motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results
·Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
·Flexibility and willingness to cover all sites in the region
Ideally have BIFM, or hold similar qualifications i.e. IOSH or NEBOSH
·Full UK driving licence
