Job descriptionPRS Southampton are looking to support our nationally recognised client in their search for a Team Administrator to support their operation in Bristol.
The purpose of the role is to deliver workplace support services to support the Bristol Office. To deliver a professional and first class Front of House Service including meeting room management, hospitality requirements, car parking management, invoice reconciliation. Managing incoming and outgoing post. Print management of remittances and customer service batch letters. Management of staff starter/leaver process including managing and auditing ID Access Control cards ensuring security policy adhered to. Handling of stationery, milk and consumables. Health & Safety: Proactively work with the Workplace Support Manager to ensure notices are up to date and carry out building tours for new starters. Support the Workplace Manager and Workplace Support Manager with BAU and projects as required.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in team administration, a methodical approach to task management and will have a can do attitude.
This is a business critical role and we are looking for a long term fit to the position.
