Due to expansion, my client who is a National FM Maintenance provider is now looking to recruit 2 business support administration roles (both job details below) based in Manchester, these are permanent roles, Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, both roles paying salary up to £23k pa DOE

Role 1 - Quotes Administrator
This role is varied, and the successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for managing processes. Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Self-motivated and organised. The list below is not exhaustive.
As the Quotes Administrator you will support the operational facility in the creation of the Quotes team:
·       Create and manage quotes using our in house CAFM system.
·       Accurate data input into Maximo (in house CAFM system)
·       Run weekly, monthly reports to ensure data integrity.
·       Chase quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
·       Adhoc tasks.
·       Monitor the Quotes inbox.
·       Answer and make phone calls.
·       Replaying information within the company.
Required skills:
·       Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·       Proven interpersonal skills along with effective communication skills
·       Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion, coupled with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives while understanding root cause analysis/risk mitigation strategies
·       Supply chain/Facilities/Hard services understanding and awareness.
·       Proficient in Microsoft packages.
·       Highly organised and can manage several projects at same time.
·       Flexible, fast thinking and conscientious.
·       Excellent attention to detail.

Role 2 - Administrator
The successful candidate should be used to meeting tight deadlines, and be proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly excel and Outlook. They should be a good communicator at all levels and have the ability to multi task on a daily basis.
To support the operational facility in the creation of call outs.
·       To record and monitor all engineer timesheets
·       To record and monitor engineer overtime
·       Cross checking quotes and out of hours works to ensure budget is adhered to
·       Record, monitor and process engineer expenses
·       Liaison with management in regards to engineer activity
·       Liaise with payroll in regards to engineers time
·       Checking engineer compliance with paperwork and the in house CAFM system
Required skills:
