Electrically Biased Maintenance Supervisor –
Salary: £70,000
High Voltage Advantageous
Monday to Friday – DAYS ONLY
We are looking to speak with Electrically Biased Maintenance Supervisor – Join a progressive, mission-critical organisation dedicated to sustainable digital infrastructure. We are seeking an ambitious, electrically qualified Data Centre Engineering Days Only Supervisor to lead our critical electrical operations. We would consider application from DC Shift Leader looking to make the next step in their career!!
In this role, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance and engineering services, ensuring 100% uptime.
• Lead and develop a skilled team, managing reactive maintenance and responding to technical incidents.
• Ensure compliance with rigorous HSE and regulatory standards in a dynamic environment.

To succeed, you should have:

• An HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional electrical certification and at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
• A proven track record in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

• £70,000 Basic
