Resident Maintenance Electrician
Wolverhampton
£37 – £38,000 per annum
Would you like to work as part of an onsite maintenance team at a static site in Wolverhampton? We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, providing electrical and building services maintenance.
Your main duties will include:
- Completing PPM and reactive maintenance across the estate to electrical plant and systems and general building services compliance.
- PPM tasks – including Emergency Lighting Inspection, Test and Repair, compliance checks etc.
- Maintain the plant rooms, roof and fire exits to company standards and ensure all plant and equipment is maintained.
- Work as part of the wider team, demonstrating a professional & courteous manner to members, assisting with queries they may have.
- Inducting subcontractors, reviewing rams and assisting where possible.·
The ideal candidate will have:
· Qualified electrical engineer Level 3 ideally with 18th edition.
· Relevant technical experience in a working environment and maintenance background
· Ability to use internal IT systems and communicate effectively using (Microsoft 365)
· Friendly & approachable nature with great communication skills.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £37 – £38,000 per annum, working 40 hours a week. 23 days annual leave plus stats, and opportunity to boost earnings via call out and overtime.
