We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Contract Support Administrator to join our client team in Wigan. This is a key role providing administrative, financial, and procurement support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of FM contracts. This is a permanent role paying £34kpa, working 37.50 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
·       Provide full administrative support to the FM contract team
·       Manage procurement processes including raising and receipting purchase orders
·       Monitor and track financial performance and budgets
·       Maintain contract documentation and compliance records
·       Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
·       Support reporting, billing, and month-end financial processes

Requirements:
·       Proven experience in a similar Facilities Management support role
·       Strong financial and procurement experience
·       Excellent organisational and communication skills
·       Proficient in MS Office and CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, Maximo desirable)
·       Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
