Role – Project Support
Location – Remote/Hybrid – 1 day a week in London
Salary – £35,000 – £40,000
I am working alongside a leading hard services M&E client of ours who are currently looking to hire a Project Support to work within one of their largest contracts.
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background working within a construction/engineering background and has knowledge on BMS systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Work with the internal team.
- Reviews, or approves Scope of Work/changes and reviews with team members and subcontractors to ensure all responsible parties have a clear understanding of proper mechanical and electrical installations and or scope of work requirements.
Qualification/Background Needed:
- Experience in any of these fields is desired- Building Automation / HVAC systems, Project management roles, Facility Management, Mechanical / Electrical / Information technology, knowledge through study, training, or practice.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English – other language skills are welcome.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when necessary.
- Previous experience in a high-volume and fast-paced administrative role.
- Ability to learn new tasks, systems, and skills quickly.
