Contract Manager – Facilities Management
Location: Southampton
Contract: 3 Months
Start: ASAP
Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking for an experienced Contract Manager for a 3-month interim assignment based on-site in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of hard and soft FM services across the site
- Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Ensure H&S, quality, and statutory compliance
- Drive performance, cost efficiency, and service improvements
Requirements:
- Proven background in contract management within FM (essential)
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or building services (essential)
- Strong operational and client management skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards and health & safety regulations
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
