We’re looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our London office, specialising in Business & Commercial Support roles (Contract Support, Admin, HR, Office Support, Customer Service, PA/EA etc.).

Key Duties:
- Run a full 360 recruitment desk
- Grow and manage your own client portfolio
- Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
- Achieve KPIs and billing targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Maintain up-to-date records on CRM

- 360 recruitment experience
- Strong billings history in a relevant sector
- Proactive, confident, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple roles
