We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work at a client site in Shropshire
Hourly rate – £15.00 per hour
Location: Church Stretton, Shropshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:30pm
Duration: Immediate start until 26.10.25

Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for a part-time opportunity with a respected facilities management company? We’re looking for someone to join our team in Church Stretton to support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the FM teamManage documentation, reports, and internal systemsCoordinate with contractors and suppliersHandle incoming queries and communicationsSupport scheduling and compliance tracking
What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within FM or a similar environment)Strong organisational and communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and internal systemsA proactive, can-do attitude
