We are currently looking for a static Catering Engineer for a Temp to permanent position based in Central London.

As the catering engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of catering equipment and systems, particularly in commercial kitchens, hospitality venues, and food production facilities. Here are the key roles and responsibilities.

Maintain commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and ventilation systems.

Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.
Repairs and Troubleshooting

Diagnose faults and repair broken or malfunctioning catering equipment.
Compliance and Safety Checks

Ensure all equipment complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., gas safety, electrical standards).

Hours are Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00
Pay £45’000 per annum
