Job Title: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Edinburgh
Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday,7.30am to 4pm or 9am to 5.30pm
Job type: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract
We are recruiting for experienced Part Time Corporate Receptionist to work at a prestigious site in Edinburgh.
As the receptionist your duties will include:
- Greet & welcome guests & client using the correct security procedures
- Administer visitor passes and notify hosts immediately
- Assist guest with their luggage
- Ensure that all communications meet the clients standards
- Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner using the company script and within 3 rings
- Make taxi bookings following company procedure, notifying guest upon the taxi’s arrival
- Manage the Reception ensuring that all emails are answered and replied to in a timely and efficient manner
- Book meeting rooms
- Understand and support guests with audio-visual equipment
- Assist visitor with concierge services: travel, accommodation, airline tickets, entertainment, hospitality service, photocopying
- Assist the clients staff and their visitors with secretarial duties
- Maintain default standard of the reception and meeting rooms
