Maintenance Electrician
Nottingham
£20 per hour PAYE or £25 per hour Umbrella – ongoing temp/temp to perm position
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to work on site at a static site in Nottingham, covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate. The role is an ongoing temp/possible temp to perm position for the right candidate.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing maintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Maintenance Electrician requirements:
Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (Preferred not Essential)
City and Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 OR equivalent
Level 3 Electrical OR equivalent
City and Guilds 2382 18th Edition
