Kitchen Assistant / Prep Chef – Term Time Only
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Prep Chef to join our friendly kitchen team in a busy food service environment. This is a term-time only, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Pay: £12.35 per hour
Contracted for 44 weeks per year
Main duties:
- Help prepare fresh, tasty food
- Support the kitchen team with daily tasks
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules
- Assist with stock and basic cooking tasks
About you:
- Enjoy working in a kitchen environment
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
- Some kitchen experience is helpful but not required
- Food hygiene certificate is a plus (training can be provided)
