Contract Manager – Facilities Maintenance
We’re working with a leading FM provider seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a key hard services contract in Cardiff.
Role Overview:
- Day-to-day management of a multi-site FM contract
- Lead, develop and support engineering teams
- Full responsibility for P&L and contract performance
- Maintain client relationships, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved
- Drive compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance contract management
- Strong financial and commercial understanding
- Background in mechanical/electrical services preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Package:
- £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
