Head Chef – Prestigious Venue – Central London Location: Central London Hours: 40 hours/week (no paid overtime) Salary: £55,000
We’re working with a prestigious client to find a Head Chef to lead a high-performing culinary team across two commercial kitchens in a private dining environment. This is a leadership role—focusing on producing canape food, bowl food, as well as a la carte private dining rooms. Role Overview:
- Manage and oversee two commercial kitchens serving 29 Private dining rooms, canapés, bowl food, plated dinners
- Leading a team of 13, delegating, organizing, and motivating a team.
- Responsible for creating seasonal menus, organizing rotas, overseeing food quality, maintaining all kitchen due diligence.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Head Chef with a number of years within contract catering venues
- Some experience within Hotels or Restaurants
- Ability to produce fine dining dishes to a high standard
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Passionate, innovative, and ambitious—someone who can inspire and elevate the kitchen
