Job Title: Contract Support 
Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: 9months – could go on for longer 

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Contract Support / Helpdesk Coordinator to join one of our clients team. This role is based at reception, where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and play an essential part in supporting both the helpdesk and contract administration functions.
As a Contract Support / Helpdesk team member, you’ll be managing service requests, coordinating engineers, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, contractors, and the management team.
