Prospective candidates must be fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship, and have at least five years of dedicated building services maintenance experience. This would preferably be within a similar high profile commercial environment such as corporate / financial services. Along with core trade qualifications, additional experience such as 2391, Low Voltage training, L8 or Cooling Tower training, F-Gas, etc will all be beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rare client-direct opportunity, working for a market leader within the commercial property & real estate sector. With the site closely located to major London transport terminals, it is accessible and with a low-turnover of staff indicating a settled team with a positive working culture. With healthy salary and industry leading benefits package, this will likely interest an experienced or ambitious multi-skilled engineer working within the service provider sector, keen to further develop their career within a more secure firm and better rewarded financial package.
