Job Title: FM Support Coordinator
Location: Wigan
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £32k
Parking at site
 
Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to support the Operations Director within a leading Facilities Management company. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and data skills, who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·       Support the Operations Director with day-to-day coordination and administration.
·       Assist with bids, tenders, quotes, and contract documentation.
·       Manage and update data within the company’s CAFM system.
·       Input and maintain asset and PPM data accurately.
·       Produce and update Excel reports as required.
·       Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure contract and compliance data is current.
Skills & Experience:
·       Experience within Facilities Management or a similar environment.
·       Working knowledge of CAFM systems (essential).
·       Competent in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
·       Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
