Are you ready to advance your career with one of the largest Data Centre organisations in the world? We are partnering with a global leader to recruit a team of highly skilled Electrical / Mechanical Shift Technician’s for their state-of-the-art Critical Data Centre in Northern Holland.
Position Overview:
As an Electrical/ Mechanical Shift Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of a cutting-edge data centre. Working in a mission-critical environment, you’ll ensure uninterrupted power and optimal performance through expert maintenance, fault diagnosis, and adherence to strict operational standards.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Performing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Working on Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all systems meet operational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
- High Voltage (HV) Switching and management (desirable)
