Job Title: Maintenance / Hotel EngineerLocation: EC2 – Liverpool Street, London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Maintenance / Hotel Engineer to join a larger, managed on-site maintenance team at a prestigious corporate banking site in the Liverpool Street area. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent presentation, communication, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
Key Responsibilities:-
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, including:-
Plumbing Services
- Hot and cold water systems
- Zip Taps
- Taps, toilet systems, and associated pipework
- Maintenance of hot water taps throughout the premises
Electrical (Basic)
- General lighting and emergency lighting
- Basic electrical checks and minor repairs
Building Fabric
- Minor repairs to walls, floors, and doors
- General fabric maintenance and replacements
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Engineer or Hotel Engineer role
- Strong plumbing and building services background
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Excellent personal presentation
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Positive, professional, and flexible attitude
- Ability to work as part of a larger on-site team
