Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Wembley – £42,000
Location: Wembley
Salary: £42,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Days Only)

About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established site in Wembley. This is a Monday to Friday, days-only position offering excellent work-life balance along with long-term career stability.

This role is ideal for a qualified engineer looking to work within a professional and supportive environment, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a busy building services contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults efficiently.
Ensure all statutory compliance tasks are completed to a high standard.
Maintain and service plant equipment including HVAC systems.
Support with general building services maintenance when required.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders on site.

Electrical Engineers Must Have:

Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Experience working on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems.
Fault-finding experience on electrical systems.
Knowledge of BMS systems and building services plant.

Mechanical Engineers Must Have:

Recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
Experience working on HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and pipework.
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
Experience within commercial building services maintenance.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance.
Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance procedures.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
