Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Wembley – £42,000Location: Wembley
Salary: £42,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Days Only)
About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established site in Wembley. This is a Monday to Friday, days-only position offering excellent work-life balance along with long-term career stability.
This role is ideal for a qualified engineer looking to work within a professional and supportive environment, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a busy building services contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all statutory compliance tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain and service plant equipment including HVAC systems.
- Support with general building services maintenance when required.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders on site.
- Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Experience working on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems.
- Fault-finding experience on electrical systems.
- Knowledge of BMS systems and building services plant.
- Recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
- Experience working on HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and pipework.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Experience within commercial building services maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance.
- Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance procedures.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- £42,000 annual salary.
