Building Services EngineerLocation: Bristol
Duration: Minimum 3 Months (Interim Cover)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £22-£25ph DOE
Building Services Engineer to join a small onsite team of three engineers on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
- Support electrical and general building maintenance tasks across the site
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with site procedures
- Work collaboratively with the onsite engineering team to maintain operational standards
- Assist in diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Experience as a Building Services Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
- Electrical or general maintenance background preferred (flexible depending on experience)
- Experience in commercial building environments
- Ability to work effectively within a small engineering team
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
