Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Knightsbridge
Location: Knightsbridge, London
Hours: Monday to Friday – Split Days (7:00am–4:00pm / 9:00am–6:00pm)
Salary: £46,000 + Plenty of Overtime Available

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a professional on-site maintenance team at a prestigious property in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential through overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services.
• Maintaining systems such as pumps, motors, valves, pipework, plumbing systems, and plant equipment.
• Fault finding and repairing mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the building.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures.
• Accurately completing maintenance logs and documentation.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related trade.
• Previous experience working in building services maintenance (commercial or high-end residential preferred).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical plant and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
