PRS Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Fabric Supervisor (carpentry basis) to work with some of our most prestigious clients across London.- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out carpentry work, with a focus on doors and fire doors
- Supervise and support a small team on-site
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations
- Manage day-to-day site activities, including planning and coordination
- Complete relevant paperwork and administrative tasks
- Proven experience in carpentry (doors/fire doors experience preferred)
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Relevant carpentry qualifications (preferred)
- Ability to balance hands-on work with office-based duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and reliable individual
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Working hours:
- 40 hours – 8-5pm Monday to Friday + OT
