Site Manager (HVAC Bias) – South East LondonLocation: South East London (with travel to 4 additional sites as required)
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Travel: Travel card provided
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong HVAC background looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established building services provider, leading operations across a key contract in South East London and supporting additional sites when required.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8 engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and project works while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Role
Oversee day-to-day site operations across all works as directed by senior management
Ensure PPM and reactive works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required standards
Supervise all contract works, ensuring full compliance with client specifications
Manage and coordinate a team of 8 engineers, issuing daily work plans and monitoring progress
Liaise regularly with clients and subcontractors
Ensure all Purchase Orders are in place prior to commencing works
Maintain contractual compliance across all site activities
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce site safety procedures
Implement and maintain quality control processes
Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide technical solutions
Produce reports and maintain accurate documentation
Assist with contract negotiations and permit applications where required
Work closely with support teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support estimating and business development functions when needed
Maintain and update internal systems (Evolution) in line with requirements
About You
✔ Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within building services
✔ Strong HVAC knowledge and technical background
✔ Experience managing teams and multi-site operations
✔ Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Health & Safety focused with a proactive approach to risk management
✔ Ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
