Position: Maintenance ElectricianLocation: Chester
Type: Permanent
Pay: £42,000 PA
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a facilities team in the Chester area providing building services maintenance to a large scale estate. Paying £42,500 PA.
Based on a shift pattern: 6am – 6pm
Week 1: Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat/Sun
Week 2: Wed/Thurs
Electrician Duties & Responsibilities
Completing building services / electrical maintenance
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
BMS operation
General HVAC and mechanical building services maintenance
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to client requests, providing a professional and timely service
Compliance checks and associated documentation
Small works and lifecycle refurbishment
Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional Electrical engineering qualification, Level 3
18th edition
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
Familiar with Facilities Management Sector
Will be required to clear a DBS check
