We are currently supporting one of our leading FM service providers in expanding thie rcurren mobile division.They are contracted to manage this building for next 5 years, by the end of the contract cycle it will be a 10 year partnership. They’ll be using Vantify for their CAFM system
Job Title: Foot Mobile Engineer
High End Office Spaces
Covering 7 Buildings; West London / West End area.
Continental Days Only 07:00 to 19:00
£47,500 per year
Overtime available
1 in 6 callout (£300 extra per week when on call)
Servicing Both Landlord & Tenant
Team of 5 Shift Engineers
Working 2 weekends in a row and 2 weekends off (always)
Main Duties:
Electrical PPM’s
Responding to emergency issues on site
Responsible for raising and closing jobs on CAFM
Electrical fault finding and inspections
