Job Title: Handyperson/Facilities Co-ordinatorLocation: Warrington
Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 7am to 3pm
Job type: Temporary
We are seeking to recruit experienced Handyperson/Facilities Co-ordinator based in the Warrington area.
The Company: – Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
The Person req:-
All applicants must have experience of carrying out general handyperson duties including fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, managing contractors on site etc. You must be smart and well-presented and capable of communicating at all levels. If you want to be kept busy and have the right can do attitude and prove yourself to be reliable and hardworking then we can help you.
