Brand-New Site | Monday to Friday | Static PositionAn excellent opportunity for a Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to join a brand-new site in London, offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum and a great Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a modern site, ensuring all building services and HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Maintaining HVAC, ventilation, heating and associated mechanical systems.
- Diagnosing faults and completing necessary repairs.
- Ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Completing maintenance records and adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in mechanical or HVAC maintenance.
- Good knowledge of building services and mechanical systems.
- Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault-finding.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent experience.
- £45,000 salary
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Static site in London.
