PRS are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious restaurant operation within one of the leading luxury resort hotels in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of cooking, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency by managing an experienced and enthusiastic brigade who understand the standards expected.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for high culinary standards and a proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Based in Perthshire with a live in opportunity, the salary for this position is £54,000 per annum, with an additional £5,000 service charge that is a conservative estimate and expected to be higher. There re also further benefits that can be discussed on application.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of cooking techniques and a creative approach to developing innovative dishes using seasonal ingredients with bold flavours. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team are crucial for success in this role. A proven track record of delivering high-quality, cuisine in a luxury environment is essential. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for food and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
