🚨 Engineering Supervisor – Brand New Contract | Paddington 🚨
📍 Location: Paddington (On-site only)
💰 Salary: £53,000 – £57,000 (DOE)
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
🔧 Extras: Planned weekend work & OT available
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a brand-new contract in Paddington for a prestigious corporate client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilization and ongoing maintenance of high-end commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
✔️ Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation
✔️ Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
✔️ Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
✔️ Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site
✔️ Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact
✔️ Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace
✔️ Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experienced leader with a strong technical background in M&E maintenance
✅ Self-starter with the ability to manage workload proactively and drive team performance
✅ Well-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing role
✅ Flexible to work occasional weekends as needed
✅ Relevant qualifications (HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical, 18th Edition, etc.)
