We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor to join our client in a permanent, full-time role, office based in Wigan. Salary is £28kpa based on working Monday – Friday 37.50 hours per week. You’ll lead a busy helpdesk team, ensuring efficient handling of facilities requests, work orders, and contractor coordination across a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day helpdesk operations
- Support and mentor helpdesk staff
- Prioritise and allocate incoming tasks effectively
- Liaise with facilities teams and contractors to ensure timely resolutions
- Monitor SLAs and produce performance reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar facilities helpdesk or coordination role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in CAFM systems and MS Office
- Ability to manage a high workload with attention to detail
