Permanent opportunity for a QHSE Manager to join our client, the industries leading hard services facilities management provider. This role supports the contract management team in the delivery of the quality assurance, health, safety and environment aspects of the companies Facilities Management contract at a large static site in Birmingham. Our client is looking for an experienced manager, that can hit the ground running and take ownership of all aspects of health, safety, and quality across the estate. Knowledge of the facilities management, or building services maintenance industry, would be a huge advantage for this position.
A key element of the role is to oversee the permit system and ensure compliance for sub-contractors working across the estate. You will have a track record in successful QHSE management, and ideally experience of working in Facilities Management, with operational understanding of facilities maintenance and building services within a client focused environment.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £40,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Other benefits include 25 days annual leave plus stats, and a realistic opportunity for internal progression and promotion.
