£32,000 per annum plus car
One of the industries leading hard services maintenance providers are looking to recruit an air conditioning bias maintenance engineer, to look after 2 sites in Solihull. A car that you can also use for personal use is provider for this role. This position will suit someone that lives within reasonable commuting distance of Solihull, that is looking for a local role.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to)
Servicing, maintenance and repair of air conditioning split systems.
Maintenance of mechanical plant such as air handling units
Maintenance tasks such as tap temperatures and emergency light tests.
Being the point of contact for the client on site.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £32,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This position also comes with a company car, which you can use for personal use, and 25 days annual leave plus stats.
