Our career ladder, which is open to all, ensures there’s never a point when you’re unaware of what you need to achieve in order to secure a pay rise, a new title or take on team members. Moreover, if you have no previous sales experience you will be enrolled on our academy which will give you a broad understanding of the market we work in, the vision of the company, the best practice & what it takes to be a successful recruiter.

Recruitment Process

Here at PRS we try to keep things simple while keeping you fully in the loop and not waiting in limbo. We realise our company is only as exceptional as the people in it, and to get exceptional people we know it's not all about us and want to ensure that you feel this is the right career decision for you too.

  • Initial phone interview

    30 minutes with one our management team/directors

  • Face to face interview

    Our hour with a Team Leader/Director

  • 2nd interview

    Depending on the position you may be required to come in and meet more of the team

  • Trial day

    Spend the day with the team and experience what it's like to work in our offices - listen to a few calls and have a go yourself.
