And don’t worry if you have no previous recruitment experience. We’ll enrol you into our academy which will tell you everything you need to know about Property & Built Environment, the PRS vision and what it really takes to be a successful recruiter.

Trust the process

Not only do we aim to keep things simple for our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, but we extend this to our potential employees too. Here’s what you can expect when you apply to join the PRS team.

  • Initial phone interview

    Put aside 30 minutes to allow a member of our management team to get to know you.

  • Face to face interview

    It’s time we met you! You’ll spend an hour with one of our team leaders or directors so that we can find out more about your skills, experience and aspirations.

  • Second interview

    Depending on the level of the position you apply for, you may be required to come and meet more members of the PRS team.

  • Trial day

    Come and spend the day with our team and experience what it’s like to work with us. Here, you’ll listen to a few calls and have a go yourself.
