Opportunity for an experienced and technical site lead to take ownership of a prestigious contract in Birmingham. This role will suit someone who has a background in the management of critical engineering sites, specifically data centres/manufacturing or healthcare. 

Key competencies for this role:

  • Essential competencies for this role include people management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. 
  • You’ll be someone that drives accountability, and have the ability to establish clear, measurable goals, taking ownership of responsibilities and commitments to those goals.
  • You’ll have significant and proven of leadership and management, specifically within the delivery of critical services, data centres/manufacturing/healthcare.
  • Management of a significant p&l account. 

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Strong man manager, with experience of managing your own p&l.
  • Stakeholder management is key to this role, and the ability to manage both upwards and downwards is essential in making sure that site runs smoothly.
  • Your strengths will include service delivery, SLA & KPI performance, stakeholder management, compliance, technical and front facing services. 
  • You will lead the team that includes hard services (mechanical and electrical), and soft services (catering, cleaning, security). 
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of building services management, mechanical and electrical and HVAC, backed up by technical qualifications. 

On offer is a permanent position, paying up to £75,000 per annum basic salary, plus car allowance, matched pension contributions and healthcare.
