Salary: £42,300
Shift Pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join a site-based team in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable role with a structured shift pattern and competitive salary package.
Role Details:
- Location: Crawley
- Shift Pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Salary: £37,400 per annum
- Shift Allowance: £4,933 per annum
- Holiday: 20 days annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
- Working as part of a wider maintenance team on-site
Requirements:
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work the required shift pattern
