Position: Maintenance Electrician
Type: Permanent
Basic: 38k Mon-Fri
Location: St Helens, Merseyside area, Warrington, 
We are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance electrician based in the Warrington or St Helen’s area covering the maintenance of circa 15 sites. The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.

The role is a permanent position paying up to 38k basic
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Local work/travel
Plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0)
On-call TBC
25 days holiday plus stat.
Van supplied

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing maintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
 
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
Willing and ability to pass a DBS check
