As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across a busy commercial environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, developing your technical knowledge while carrying out a varied range of electrical and building services tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across electrical installations
• Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
• Supporting maintenance of plant rooms, pumps, motors, and associated equipment
• Assisting with basic AHU and FCU maintenance, including filter changes and cleaning
• Carrying out minor plumbing and general building maintenance tasks
• Completing maintenance records, reports, and logbooks accurately
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships

You’ll ideally have:

• A recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or completed electrical apprenticeship)
• Some experience within commercial maintenance, facilities management, or a similar environment
• A willingness to learn and develop additional building services skills
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• The ability to provide relevant qualifications and trade certificates
