Customer Service Advisor
Location: Oxford (OX3)
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £15.50 per hour
Contract: Contract (minimum until October)
Pay: Weekly
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for 2 x Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced service centre based in Oxford (OX3). This is an excellent opportunity for experienced customer service or call handling professionals looking for an immediate start with weekly pay.
The role is initially a contract until at least October, likely to get extended or get a perm contract.
Available Shifts:
Position 1
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00am – 7:30pm
Position 2
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- 12-hour shifts (days and/or nights depending on the rota)
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone
- Logging and updating information accurately on internal systems
- Completing a range of administrative tasks
- Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure service levels are maintained
- Maintaining accurate records and paying close attention to detail

Essential Requirements for Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience in a high-volume call handling, contact centre, helpdesk, or customer service role
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proactive, organised, and responsive approach to work
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Must have a valid DBS check or be willing to undergo one before starting
