M&E Asset Engineer
Midlands
£25 – £30 per hour – temporary contract
Our client is a large facilities management provider, that are seeking an M&E Asset Engineer to join them on a contract basis. You must hold a basic DBS check for this position and have access to your own vehicle (mileage paid).
Main duties/requirements:
- Able to travel to sites in Leicester, Oxford and Swindon.
- Complete M&E Asset surveys, including a condition status, in an SGF 20 framework.
- Oversee and manage the reactive lifecycle process.
- Maintaining and updating various databases (must be computer literate)
- Complete dilapidation reports.
- Liaise with on site engineers to gain understanding of the systems and maintenance in place and where lifecycle is required.
Qualifications/experience needed for this role.
- A formal trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Understanding of building services maintenance in a commercial environment.
- A basic DBS check
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
