Maintenance Electrician – No Call Out

Up to £42,000 per annum
Permanent position for a Resident Maintenance Electrician to work on a single man site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a permanent position, working 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 – £42,000 per annum. This position will suit an engineer that wants to work at a static site and not have to participate in an on call rota.
Main Duties:
- Planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and minor installation to electrical systems and building services plant.
- General facilities maintenance work – minor plumbing or building fabric repairs.
- Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Ensure site logbooks, records and technical documentation are all up to date.
Job Requirements:
- Apprentice trained electrician.
- 18th edition wiring regs.
- AM2 qualified.
- Experience of commercial maintenance work.
On offer is a permanent position, working 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 – £42,000 per annum.
