PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking an experienced Plumber / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join one of our prestigious clients in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
- Complete reactive maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical faults.
- Replace basins, taps and sanitaryware.
- Undertake general mechanical and building services maintenance.
- Carry out minor building fabric repairs, including doors, locks and fixtures.
- Ensure plant and equipment remain fully operational.
- Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Plumber or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical building services.
- Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
