Mobile Maintenance Technician (Fabric)
Location: M3/M4 Corridor
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £30-33k + Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our clients team, working across commercial office buildings in the M3/M4 corridor. This role involves carrying out PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive building maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting PPM tasks and responding to reactive maintenance requests across multiple commercial office buildings.
• Performing fabric repairs including minor carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate service records and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Managing and coordinating your schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Maintenance Technician Essential Requirements:

• Immediate availability to start.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or a similar mobile engineering role.
• Knowledge of fabric maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Skill set Required:

• Experience as a Fabric Engineer in a commercial environment
• Basic electrical or mechanical qualifications are desirable you are an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician and can start immediately, please apply today for this fantastic opportunity!
