Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician
Location: Brighton, Sussex
Rate : £23.50ph
Hours: Monday to Friday
Type: Temporary 
Start Date: ASAP for 3 weeks with a possible extension

PRS are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to work within our clients large commercial site in Brighton,  provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines and to supervise sub contractors whilst on site. Reactive and pro-active maintenance is an integral part of the role to ensure compliance and meet with operational requirements.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.

Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician Key Responsibilities:

• Provide multi-skilled maintenance services covering both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Perform reactive and proactive maintenance to meet operational and compliance requirements.
• Oversee and supervise subcontractors while on-site.
• Maintain a range of Electrical Building Services equipment, including:
• LV systems
• General lighting
• Building controls
• Small power and distribution
• BMS systems
• Other equipment in modern commercial/industrial premises.
• Manage daily tasks and subcontractors independently.
• Work weekends or out-of-hours for intrusive maintenance activities.

Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical building services and plant engineering.
