Mobile Electrical Engineer
Birmingham based – to cover Birmingham and Nottingham sites
£42,000 per annum plus call out and overtime
We are recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance across office buildings, a number in Birmngham and a number in Nottinghamam. You will be expected to have good all – round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance. The role is a Permanent position paying up to £42,000 per annum plus call out and overtime. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Van supplied, fuel card. Overtime available,
Duties & Responsibilities
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines
Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required
Compliance checks
Small works projects
Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3
Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance
18th edition
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable and reliable
Valid Driving license
On offer is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of up to £42,000 per annum, plus van and 22 days annual leave plus stats. With this role there is a weekly on call payment of £50 per week (£2600 per year on top of salary), however so far there has been no call outs on this contract.
